Great candidates were being filtered out silently. Not because they lacked ability, but because their resumes couldn't survive an ATS system. The hiring process was broken in a very specific, fixable way.
Mentorrd started as a manual resume and career consulting service in 2016. We worked directly with professionals — from freshers to CXOs — to rebuild how they presented themselves. The frameworks we developed across 4,000+ real hiring decisions became the engine behind every AI tool we've built since.
