Our Commitment

Mentorrd Technologies Private Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Mentorrd is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content does not yet fully conform — we are actively working to address these gaps.

Measures We Take

Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy throughout all pages.
All images include descriptive alt text.
Sufficient colour contrast ratios across text and background elements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text).
Full keyboard navigability — no mouse required to use core features.
Forms include properly associated labels and descriptive error messages.
Focus indicators are visible and meet minimum size requirements.
Interactive components (modals, dropdowns, tooltips) follow ARIA patterns.
No content flashes more than 3 times per second.
Responsive design supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas are still being improved:

AI output editor: Rich-text editing components are partially keyboard accessible. We are working on full ARIA compliance here.
PDF downloads: AI-generated PDF resumes may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility. Plain-text export is available as an alternative.
Video content: Some blog-embedded videos may lack captions. We are progressively adding captions to all video content.
