Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Mentorrd Technologies Private Limited ("Mentorrd", "we", "us", or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund or cancel your subscription.
AI Tools & Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial-month refunds. You retain full access to features until the billing cycle ends.
- Refund requests for monthly plans within 7 days of the initial purchase will be considered if you have not used the service beyond onboarding.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided you have not downloaded more than 3 documents or completed more than 2 AI-generated outputs.
- After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You retain full access until the subscription end date.
Professional Services
Professional services include resume writing, LinkedIn makeovers, career counselling, and mock interview sessions.
- Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before a writer or counsellor has been assigned.
- After first draft delivered: No refund. We offer unlimited revisions within the scope agreed at purchase.
- No-show sessions: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases (e.g., single resume review, aptitude test reports) are non-refundable once the output has been delivered or the test has been started.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@mentorrd.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Order ID]"
- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the applicable refund window.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms (subject to their policies).
- Discounted or promotional purchases unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. If you have a legitimate dispute, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
